These batteries are compatible with any Loops 10.8V cordless tool that utilizes this specific battery connection system.
Charging times vary based on the remaining charge, but the provided fast-charge unit is designed to minimize wait times during project sessions.
The included hammer drill/driver is designed for light-duty masonry and concrete drilling suitable for household repairs.
Please consult the documentation included in your product packaging for specific warranty terms and registration requirements.
The tools are constructed with durable housing for standard usage; however, they are not intended to withstand extreme drops or impact.
Ensure the charger is plugged into a functional outlet and check that the battery contacts are clean and free of debris.
The 10.8V system has power limits; ensure you are not applying excessive pressure and check if the battery needs to be swapped for a fresh, fully-charged pack.
Check that the square drive adapter is securely attached and that no foreign objects are obstructing the socket release mechanism.
To begin using the system, charge the 10.8V batteries fully using the provided fast charger until the indicator lights signify a full charge. Slide the battery pack into the base of any of the four tools until it clicks securely. When not in use, store the tools in the provided fabric bag in a cool, dry environment. Avoid leaving batteries in high-heat areas to maintain long-term cell health. Regularly wipe the exterior of the tools with a dry cloth; do not use harsh chemicals or immerse the units in water.
