FAQs

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

While the china is durable, it is recommended to hand wash them to preserve the high-gloss finish and logo integrity.

Can I store coffee grounds in the pots?

Yes, the screw-top pots are designed to be airtight and are perfect for storing coffee, tea bags, or sugar.

Is the pouch fully waterproof?

The pouch is constructed with water-resistant EVA and welded seams, meaning it will protect contents from rain and splashes, but it should not be submerged.

Does the set include a stove?

No, the set is designed for storage and consumption only and does not include a heating element.

Can I buy replacement mugs if one breaks?

The set is sold as a complete unit; contact Korda customer support for inquiries regarding specific spare parts.

Troubleshooting

Difficulty zipping the lid

Ensure no debris or loose tea leaves are caught in the zipper track; wipe the track clean if necessary.

Storage pots are difficult to open

Wipe the threads of the screw-top lid to remove any granulated sugar or dried coffee that may be causing friction.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is straightforward: wash the mugs, spoon, and storage pots before your first use with warm, soapy water. To maximize the life of the kit, always ensure the storage pots are tightly sealed before placing them inside the EVA pouch to avoid spills. When transporting, verify that the mugs are nested securely. For cleaning the EVA pouch, use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges that could scratch the transparent lid. The mugs are safe for standard hot beverages, but avoid extreme temperature shocks to prevent potential cracking of the china.
