Troubleshooting
Cones or rings not standing upright
Ensure the surface is level. For cones, check if they have been damaged or warped, which might require replacement.
Carrying bag zipper is stuck
Gently try to clear any fabric caught in the zipper. Lubricate the zipper with a dry soap bar or pencil lead if it continues to stick.
Components appear faded
Fading is a natural effect of prolonged sun exposure. Store the set indoors when not in use to preserve color vibrancy.
