Manrose LM200H Centrifugal Low Energy Extractor Fan with Humidistat and Timer. This fan is designed for ducted ventilation of internal bathrooms and toilets. It features a condensation (humidity) sensor that automatically switches the fan on when humidity levels rise and turns off after a pre-set time once humidity clears. The fan can also be connected to work with the room light switch. It requires a permanent unswitched live and neutral connection. For timer functionality, an additional switched live connection is needed. The unit must be connected to a circuit that is permanently energized and not routinely switched on or off.
