Troubleshooting

Jacket does not feel warm enough

This ultralight jacket is designed for mild to cool weather. For colder conditions, consider layering with additional warm clothing underneath.

Zipper is difficult to use

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper. Gently move the zipper up and down. If it persists, a small amount of graphite from a pencil can sometimes lubricate the teeth.

Down feathers are escaping

Some minor leakage can occur initially. Gently pull any escaping feathers back through the fabric from the opposite side. Avoid over-handling, as this can aggregate the issue. Adhere strictly to washing and drying instructions.
