Troubleshooting
Chair feels unstable or wobbly
Check that all bolts on the 5-star base are fully tightened and ensure the castors are clicked securely into their sockets.
Tilt function is too stiff or too loose
Adjust the weight tilt tension control knob located under the seat until the recline resistance matches your personal preference.
Lumbar support feels uncomfortable
Use the depth adjustment feature to slightly reduce or increase the prominence of the support until it rests comfortably against the curve of your spine.
Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward using the included hardware; ensure all bolts on the 5-star base are tightened securely to prevent wobbling. The chair is compatible with standard office flooring, though a chair mat is recommended for deep-pile carpets to protect the castors. Maintenance is simple: wipe the white shell periodically with a damp, non-abrasive cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may discolor the finish. Check the tension control and tilt mechanisms every six months to ensure they remain free of debris and continue to operate smoothly.
