Troubleshooting

Bait build-up on the scoop head

Soak the scoop in a bucket of warm water with dish soap for 10 minutes to dissolve thick oils.

Difficulty mixing very dense or packed bait

Add a small amount of water or lake liquid to the dry bait base to loosen the mixture before using the scoop.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The Gardner Mini Munga Scoops require no setup; they are ready to use immediately upon removal from the packaging. They are compatible with all standard angling bait buckets and deep mixing tubs. To maintain their longevity, wash the scoops with warm, soapy water after each session to remove residual fish oils and bait dips. Avoid using harsh abrasive scouring pads to prevent micro-scratches where bait particles could accumulate.
