Can I use this sleeve for a 13-inch laptop?

What are the dimensions of the sleeve itself?

The sleeve weighs approximately 0.16 kg (0.35 lbs).
Troubleshooting
Device does not fit snugly.
Ensure your device's dimensions do not exceed the maximum compatibility limits (10.4 x 7.5 x 1.2 inches). A slight looseness may occur if your device is smaller than the maximum supported size.
Zipper is stiff or catching.
Check for any obstructions around the zipper. Gently glide the zipper back and forth. You can apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or a wax-based lubricant to the zipper teeth for smoother operation.
Sleeve material feels sticky.
This can occur due to environmental factors. Clean the sleeve with a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry thoroughly. Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat.
