FAQs

Can I use this filler on interior walls?

While primarily designed for exterior use, it can be used on interior walls, but consider an interior-specific filler for optimal results.

How long does it take for the filler to dry?

Drying time typically takes around 24 hours, but this can vary depending on environmental conditions (temperature, humidity).

What tools do I need to apply the filler?

You'll need a filling knife or similar tool to apply the filler and sandpaper for smoothing.

Can I paint directly over the filler?

Yes, once the filler is dry and sanded, it is ready to be painted.

What if I have a large crack or hole?

This filler is best suited for fine cracks and holes. For larger imperfections, consider using a more heavy-duty filler or consult with a professional.

How should I store the leftover filler?

Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure the container is tightly sealed to prevent the filler from drying out.

Troubleshooting

Filler is not adhering properly.

Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Consider using a primer if necessary.

Filler cracking after drying.

Apply the filler in thin layers, allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next. For deep holes, multiple applications might be needed.

Difficulty sanding the filler.

Allow the filler to fully cure before sanding. Use appropriate sandpaper grit for the best results.
