To use these pads, simply remove the individual wrapper, peel the paper backing off the center of the pad, and press the adhesive side onto the center of your underwear. Peel the paper from the wings, wrap them around the bottom of the underwear, and press to secure. These pads are compatible with most standard underwear styles.
