FAQs
Is this laundry liquid safe for baby clothes?
Yes, because it is non-bio and dermatologically tested, it is generally considered suitable for sensitive skin, including that of babies.
Can I use this for hand washing?
Yes, it can be used for hand washing, but ensure you dilute the liquid properly in water and rinse fabrics thoroughly.
Does it contain optical brighteners?
The formula is designed to prevent the greying of whites using plant-based cleaning technology rather than harsh synthetic optical brighteners.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, the outer box is made from at least 83% recycled paper fibers and is widely recyclable through standard paper recycling streams.
How many washes will 15 litres provide?
The number of washes depends on your local water hardness and the level of soiling on your clothes; however, as a concentrated formula, it is designed for a very high yield.
Can I use this on wool or silk?
This liquid is intended for general laundry. Always check your garment's care label, as wool and silk typically require a dedicated delicate or wool-specific detergent.
Troubleshooting
Detergent is difficult to pour from the 15L box.
Ensure the box is placed on an elevated surface and that the air vent on the bag (if present) is unobstructed to allow consistent flow.
Residue left on clothing after the cycle.
You may be using too much detergent. Reduce the dosage for your next load and ensure you are not overloading the washing machine drum.
Leaking from the dispenser tap.
Check that the tap is fully engaged and turned to the 'closed' position. Ensure the container is stored upright at all times.

- Pleasant, non-synthetic fragrance from essential oils.
- Dermatologically tested for skin safety.
Cons
- The 15-litre container is heavy and may be difficult to maneuver without a pump or dispenser.
- Requires significant storage space due to the large bulk packaging.
- Less convenient for those who prefer small, easily portable bottles.
Setup, Compatibility & Care
This 15L bulk unit uses a bag-in-box design. For ease of use, place the box on a stable, elevated surface, such as a laundry shelf or sturdy counter, near your washing machine. The bag features a tap or pouring spout that allows for controlled dispensing into your detergent dosing cap or measuring vessel. Ensure the box is kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the essential oils. Always close the tap tightly after each use to prevent leaking. The product is compatible with all standard domestic washing machines and is safe for use with septic tanks, provided standard water usage practices are followed.
