No, the Diamond 3 Drawer Chest is delivered fully assembled and ready for immediate use.
The drawers are designed for standard household items such as clothing and linens; avoid overloading with heavy hardware or tools.
While the unit is well-constructed, it is designed for indoor living environments and should be kept away from excessive moisture or direct water contact.
This chest is proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom.
Gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid chemical polishers that may damage the metal finish.
Check the runners for any obstructions or debris and ensure the unit is sitting level on the floor.
Verify if the floor is uneven; adjust the positioning or use small furniture shims under the hairpin legs.
Use a damp microfiber cloth for light cleaning; avoid abrasive materials that could dull the grey finish.
Since the Diamond 3 Drawer Chest arrives fully assembled, your primary setup involves placement and leveling. Ensure you place the unit on a flat, even surface to avoid stressing the hairpin legs. To care for the unit, use a soft, lint-free cloth to dust the surfaces regularly. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges on the gold handles, as these can strip the finish. If you live in an area with high moisture, periodically check the drawer runners to ensure they remain clear of debris. For long-term stability, if placing the unit on hard floors, consider using felt pads under the feet to prevent scratching.
