Extended Product Information

FAQs

What is the maximum weight capacity of the tub?

The product information does not specify a maximum weight capacity. However, it is designed for bathing dogs, and its stability depends on the surface it is placed on.

Can this tub be used for large dog breeds?

With a 27L capacity, the tub is best suited for small to medium-sized dogs. Larger breeds may find the space limited for a full bath.

How is the tub cleaned after use?

Wipe the tub with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse and allow it to air dry completely before folding.

What is the warranty period for this product?

The PawHut Dog Bath Tub comes with a 12-month guarantee.

What are the dimensions when the tub is folded?

The folded dimensions are approximately 66 cm (Length) x 44 cm (Width) x 8 cm (Height).

Does the tub come with a plug for the drain?

The product description does not mention a plug for the drain. The drain is designed to allow water to flow out directly.

Troubleshooting

Tub is not stable when in use.

Ensure the tub is placed on a completely flat and even surface. Check that all folding joints are fully extended and locked into place.

Water is not draining properly.

Verify that the drain hole is clear of any debris. If draining into a bucket, ensure the bucket is positioned correctly and not overflowing.

Tub arrived damaged or with missing parts.

Contact customer support with your order details for a replacement or missing part.

Difficulty folding or unfolding the tub.

Gently apply pressure. The PP and TPR materials may require a firm but gentle push to move between folded and unfolded states. Ensure no obstructions are hindering the movement.

Pros and Cons

Cons

Primarily designed for wash-ups, not full submersion for very large dogs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This tub requires no assembly. Simply unfold it to its full size (66L x 44W x 25H cm) and place it in your desired location. Ensure it is stable before adding water and your pet.
