FAQs
Is this tumbler dishwasher safe?

Does it keep drinks hot for a long time?
No, this is a standard plastic tumbler and is not vacuum-insulated, so it is best for immediate consumption.
Is the material BPA-free?
Yes, the Floso Americano Piccolo uses food-grade, safe polypropylene plastic.
Can I use this for cold drinks?
Yes, it is suitable for both hot and cold beverages.
What is the exact capacity?
The tumbler is designed with a 100ml capacity, ideal for espresso shots or small portions.
Is the lid leak-proof?
The lid is designed to be secure for standard travel, but it is not 100% spill-proof if turned upside down.
Troubleshooting
Lid feels difficult to secure
Ensure the rim of the tumbler is free of debris and align the lid perfectly before applying downward pressure.
Coffee staining on the interior
Soak the tumbler in a mixture of baking soda and warm water for 15 minutes to lift stubborn tannins.
Design fading after washing
Avoid using abrasive scouring pads on the exterior; use a soft sponge and mild dish detergent.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Highly portable and lightweight design
- Durable, shatter-resistant material
- Sustainable alternative to disposable cups
- Distinctive and modern visual styling
Cons
- 100ml capacity is not suitable for standard 8oz or 12oz drinks
- Limited heat retention compared to insulated steel tumblers
- Small opening may be harder to hand-wash thoroughly without a bottle brush
Setup, Compatibility & Care
This tumbler is ready to use immediately upon unboxing. Before first use, ensure you rinse the interior with warm soapy water. To maintain the life of the printed design, it is recommended to wash the exterior by hand rather than using a high-heat dishwasher, which can fade the text and graphics over time. Ensure the lid is securely snapped into place before placing it in a bag to prevent accidental spills, as the compact size is meant for upright carry in drink pockets or handheld use.
