Full details
The Sticky Baits Manilla Yellow Ones Wafters are essential for carp anglers looking to present a perfectly balanced, critically weighted hookbait to wary fish. Designed to replicate the scent and attraction of the standard Manilla boilies, these baits offer a significant advantage by neutralizing the weight of your rig to trigger more bites. While they provide excellent performance, users should note that the dry color may differ slightly from standard bottom baits, though they color-match perfectly once submerged in water.

Troubleshooting
Bait is floating too high
Use a slightly larger or heavier hook to achieve the perfect balance.
Bait is sinking too quickly
Check your rig components; if using a heavy swivel or bait screw, try a lighter alternative to maintain the wafting action.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Perfectly balances the weight of the hook for better mechanics
- Boosted attractor profile triggers more bites from cautious fish
- Matches standard Manilla boilies color once submerged
- Excellent for use as a high-visibility single bait
Cons
- Color mismatch when dry may cause confusion before use
- Specific to the Manilla range; less versatile for other bait profiles
- Weight may vary slightly depending on hook size
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize effectiveness, ensure your rig is sized correctly so the wafter effectively counteracts the hook weight without lifting it too aggressively. The 16mm size is suitable for a wide range of standard carp rigs including stiff hinged rigs or standard hair rigs. Store the tub in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the potency of the attractor profile. Always ensure the lid is tightly sealed after use to prevent the baits from drying out or losing their scent.
