FAQs

Can the fire pit table be used as a standard dining table?

Yes, the table serves as a full-size dining table. When the fire pit is not in use, ensure it is covered appropriately according to the manufacturer's manual.

Does the set come with a gas bottle included?

No, the gas bottle for the fire pit is not included and must be sourced separately.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

Yes, the covers are designed to be removed and washed for easy maintenance.

Is the aluminum frame rust-proof?

The alloy aluminum is highly resistant to rust thanks to the powder coating, making it ideal for outdoor environments.

How is the product delivered?

The set is delivered on a pallet, which is dropped off at the kerbside. Please ensure you have assistance to move the items to your garden.

Can I leave the furniture out in the winter?

Troubleshooting

Wobbly table or sofa legs

Check that all bolts are tightened evenly. If the ground is uneven, use furniture leveling pads to stabilize the unit.

Fire pit failing to ignite

Check the gas supply connection and ensure the igniter battery is fresh. Confirm that the burner ports are clear of any debris.

Stains on cushion covers

Remove the covers and machine wash according to the care label. For localized spots, use a mild fabric cleaner and a soft brush.

Maintenance Tips:

  • Cushion Care: Keep cushions in a dry, indoor area or use heavy-duty waterproof covers when not in use to prevent mildew and moisture damage.
  • Frame Cleaning: Use a soft cloth with mild soapy water to wipe down the aluminum frames. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch the powder coating.
  • Long-term Storage: If storing for the winter, cover the entire set with breathable, weather-resistant outdoor furniture covers to maintain its condition.
  • Fire Pit Usage: Ensure you follow all safety guidelines for the gas fire pit, ensuring the gas canister is stored securely and the connections are inspected periodically.
