FAQs
Does this bed come with a mattress?
No, the mattress is not included with the Washington Plush Bed. You will need to source a standard single-sized mattress separately.
What tools are needed for assembly?
All necessary hardware and basic tools are typically included in the box. You may want a screwdriver or a hex key set on hand to speed up the process.
Is a box spring required?
No, the Washington Plush Bed features a solid platform base, which is designed to support the mattress directly without a box spring.
What is the weight capacity of this bed?
The bed is constructed for standard residential use, supporting a single sleeper comfortably. Please avoid placing excessive weight on the side rails.
How do I clean the pink upholstery?
Use a light vacuum attachment to remove dust and debris. For stains, use a gentle upholstery-safe cleaner, but always test it on an inconspicuous area first.
Can the headboard height be adjusted?
The headboard is designed to be a fixed component of the frame structure and is not height-adjustable.
Troubleshooting
The frame feels unstable after assembly
Check that all bolts and hardware connections are tightened securely. Ensure the frame is positioned on a level floor surface.
Fabric appears slightly different in person
This is common due to lighting differences. Try adjusting your room lighting or adding a bedside lamp to see how the fabric reacts in different light temperatures.
Squeaking sounds while moving
Re-check the structural bolts at the joints. Sometimes shipping can loosen pre-installed fasteners, so ensure every connection is firm.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The bed arrives flat-packed and requires assembly. Ensure you have adequate space in your room before beginning. It is recommended to assemble the frame on a soft surface, such as a rug, to prevent scratching the floor or the upholstery.
Compatibility: The frame is compatible with standard single-sized mattresses (39 inches wide). Because it features a solid platform base, it is highly compatible with most modern mattress types including pocket springs, latex, and memory foam.
Care: To keep the plush fabric looking new, vacuum the headboard and frame periodically using an upholstery attachment. If a spill occurs, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that could affect the pigment of the fabric.
