Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install these buffers, use the pre-drilled 12mm holes as a guide to mark your mounting surface. Ensure the surface is flat to avoid stress cracks in the rubber. Because they are intended for heavy-duty use, use high-tensile bolts that match the diameter of the holes (12mm) and match the bolt length to the thickness of your mounting surface.
Care instructions are straightforward: Periodically inspect the rubber for signs of extreme wear or tearing, especially if used in high-heat environments. Since the rubber is weather-resistant, it does not require specialized treatments, but keeping the buffers free of oil and debris will help maintain their grip and performance.
