Troubleshooting
The instrument sounds dull or muted.
Ensure the xylophone is placed on a hard, flat surface. Using it on carpet or soft fabrics can dampen the sound vibrations.

This is normal for wooden toys. You can gently buff the area with a dry, soft cloth, but ensure no splintering has occurred.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is minimal; simply remove the xylophone from the packaging, and it is ready for play. No batteries or assembly are required. To maintain the instrument, wipe the wooden frame and bars with a soft, slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid submerging the toy in water or leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may warp the wood or fade the vibrant colors. Store in a dry place to ensure the sound quality remains consistent over time.
