Product Information
Full details
The Rest Relax Big Dreamer Memory Foam Mattress is designed for those seeking advanced comfort, particularly for smaller spaces like bunk beds and trundle beds. Its key benefit is the pressure relief offered by generous layers of memory foam, promoting longer, more comfortable sleep. A potential caveat is its 13cm depth, which may not be suitable for those requiring a thicker mattress. This mattress features supportive memory foam that contours to your body, a foundation layer of Reflex Foam for breathability, a no-roll-together design, and a breathable quilted fabric cover with airflow channels to regulate temperature.

Troubleshooting
Mattress not fully expanding
Ensure the mattress has been left for the recommended 24-72 hours in a room with a stable temperature. Check that it is not being compressed by anything and is laid flat.
Unusual initial smell
This is common with vacuum-packed mattresses due to trapped gases. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for a few days. The smell should dissipate naturally.
Zip on the cover is stuck
Gently try to clear any fabric caught in the zipper. Lubricating the zipper teeth with a graphite pencil or a small amount of soap may help.
Uneven surface after expansion
Allow more time for expansion. If the issue persists after 72 hours, check for any underlying damage or manufacturing defect and contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Your Rest Relax Big Dreamer Memory Mattress arrives vacuum-packaged and rolled for easy transportation. Upon opening, carefully unroll the mattress and allow it to expand fully to its intended 13cm depth. This typically takes between 24 to 72 hours. Ensure the mattress is placed on a firm, flat surface, such as a slatted bed base, divan base, or directly on the floor.
Compatibility:
This mattress is ideal for bunk beds, trundle beds, sofa beds, and children's beds due to its 13cm depth and flexible nature. It is compatible with most standard bed frames.
Care:
The mattress features a high-quality quilted fabric outer with a zip-off cover. To clean, simply unzip the cover and wash it according to the care label instructions, typically on a cool or gentle cycle. The mattress itself should not be immersed in water; spot clean any spills with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Ensure the cover is completely dry before replacing it on the mattress.
