Product Information
Full details
The Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Mini is designed for athletes and active users with smaller head sizes who prioritize situational awareness alongside high-quality audio. By utilizing innovative DualPitch technology, these headphones deliver a rich, balanced sound profile without blocking the ear canal, keeping you connected to your environment during outdoor runs or workouts. While the open-ear design provides exceptional comfort and safety, users should note that it does not provide active noise cancellation, meaning it is less suited for noisy public transit environments where isolation is desired.

FAQs
What is the difference between the OpenRun Pro 2 and the Mini version?
The Mini version features a shorter titanium neckband designed to provide a more secure fit for users with smaller head sizes.
Can I use these for swimming?
No. The OpenRun Pro 2 Mini has an IP55 rating, which covers sweat and rain, but they are not designed for submersion in water.
How long does it take to fully charge?
A full charge typically takes about 60 minutes, though the headphones support quick charging for added convenience.
Do I need an app to use these headphones?
While the headphones work immediately via standard Bluetooth pairing, you can use the Shokz app to customize EQ settings and firmware updates.
Will people around me hear my music?
At moderate volume levels, sound leakage is minimal. At very high volumes, some audio may be audible to those in very close proximity.
Can I use these for phone calls?
Yes, the integrated microphone allows for clear hands-free calling, making them ideal for taking calls while walking or commuting.
Troubleshooting
Headphones will not enter pairing mode
Ensure the device is powered off first, then hold the volume+ button for 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue.
Audio sounds tinny or weak
Reposition the transducers closer to your cheekbones. The fit must be snug for bone conduction to transmit audio effectively.
Bluetooth connection drops frequently
Ensure the connected device is within 33 feet (10 meters) and check for interference from other wireless devices.
