Troubleshooting

Mount feels unstable on the wall.

Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to a wall stud or uses appropriate heavy-duty anchors for your wall type. Check that all mounting screws are fully tightened.

Speaker does not fit securely in the clamps.

Verify your speaker's width is within the 135mm to 275mm range. Ensure the adjustable clamps are tightened firmly against the speaker sides, utilizing the non-slip pads.

Unable to achieve desired angle.

Loosen the adjustment screws for swivel and tilt slightly, position the speaker, and then re-tighten the screws firmly. Ensure no cables are obstructing movement.

Speaker feels unbalanced or tilted forward/backward.

Check the weight distribution of the speaker within the clamps and ensure it is centered. Re-adjust the tilt mechanism if necessary.
