Product Information

Full details

The Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint Blurring Elixir Foundation (1N Neutral) is ideal for individuals seeking a natural, 'no-makeup makeup' aesthetic, offering light to medium coverage for a 'second-skin' finish. Its primary advantage is a complexion-enhancing effect that visibly blurs imperfections while hydrating the skin, though it may not provide sufficient coverage for those desiring a full-glam look. This weightless, vegan formula, infused with hyaluronic acid, ensures a smooth application, lasting up to 12 hours with a dewy finish.

FAQs

What type of coverage does this skin tint offer?

It provides light to medium, buildable coverage, designed to enhance your natural complexion rather than completely cover it.

Is the Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint suitable for all skin types?

Yes, its formula with hyaluronic acid is generally suitable for most skin types, including normal, dry, and combination. Those with oily skin may wish to set it with powder.

How long does the skin tint last?

The formula is designed to last for up to 12 hours, providing long-wearing performance.

Does this product have any skincare benefits?

Yes, it is enriched with hyaluronic acid, which helps to moisturize and visibly smooth the skin for a flawless application and comfortable wear.

Is this product vegan?

Yes, the Kylie Cosmetics Skin Tint Blurring Elixir Foundation has a vegan formula.

How do I achieve the 'no-makeup makeup' look with this product?

Apply a small amount (1-2 drops) to clean, moisturized skin, blending seamlessly with fingertips, a damp sponge, or a brush for a sheer, natural finish that lets your skin's true beauty shine through.

Can I build up the coverage?

Yes, it offers buildable coverage. You can apply additional thin layers to areas where you desire a bit more coverage without it looking heavy.

Troubleshooting

Skin tint appears patchy or uneven after application.

Ensure your skin is properly moisturized and prepped before application. Blend the product thoroughly using small, circular motions with your chosen applicator (fingers, sponge, or brush). Apply in thin layers rather than one thick layer.

The dewy finish looks too oily or shiny on my skin.

After applying, lightly dust a translucent setting powder over your T-zone or areas prone to oiliness. Alternatively, use blotting papers throughout the day to absorb excess shine without disturbing your makeup.

The coverage is too sheer, even after building.

This product is designed for light to medium coverage. For areas requiring more concealment, consider spot-concealing with a dedicated concealer *before* or *after* applying the skin tint, depending on your preferred finish.

Product does not last up to 12 hours as stated.

Ensure your skin is clean and primed. Use a setting spray after application to help lock the product in place for extended wear. Avoid excessive touching of your face throughout the day.

Skin tint accentuates dry patches or texture.

Thoroughly exfoliate and moisturize your skin before application. The hyaluronic acid helps, but ensuring skin is well-hydrated beforehand is key. Use a damp sponge for application, as this can help melt the product into the skin.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Initial Setup & Application

First Use: Ensure the product is well-shaken before each use to properly mix the ingredients and ensure consistent coverage.
Patch Test: If you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test on a small area of your skin (e.g., behind the ear or on your inner arm) before full face application to check for any reactions.

Compatibility

Skin Types: The formula, enriched with hyaluronic acid, is generally suitable for most skin types, including normal, dry, and combination skin. Those with oily skin may prefer to set with powder due to the dewy finish.
Other Products: This skin tint layers well with most skincare products, primers, and concealers. Allow skincare products to absorb fully before applying the skin tint for best results.

Product Care & Maintenance

Storage: Store the foundation in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use to prevent drying out or contamination.
Hygiene: To maintain product integrity and prevent bacterial growth, avoid direct contact of applicators with the bottle opening. Dispense product onto a clean surface (like the back of your hand) or directly onto your chosen clean applicator.
Expiration: Refer to the 'Period After Opening' (PAO) symbol, typically a jar icon with a number and 'M' (e.g., '12M' for 12 months), on the product packaging. Discard after this period for optimal performance and safety.
