Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve the best fit, ensure you lace the shoes starting from the bottom eyelets and adjust tension evenly across the midfoot before tying a secure double knot. If you use custom orthotics, the standard liner is removable to accommodate your inserts. For maintenance, avoid machine washing or drying, as these processes can degrade the waterproof integrity of the Gore-Tex membrane. Instead, clean the shoes by wiping them with a damp cloth and mild soap. If the interior becomes wet, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with newspaper to absorb moisture, allowing them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators.
