The Croslite™ foam material is water-resistant, making them suitable for splashes and wet conditions. However, they are not fully waterproof, and water can enter through the ventilation holes.

The glitter shaker bubbles are sealed units and cannot be refilled. They are designed to be a permanent feature of the clog.

If you have added Jibbitz™ charms, remove them before cleaning the clogs. Clean the charms separately with mild soap and water and reattach once the clogs are dry.

The pivoting heel strap offers versatility; it can be worn up for a secure, heel-hugging fit or down for a simple slip-on style.

While comfortable for walking and light play, these clogs are not designed for high-impact running due to their sole structure and material.

Store the clogs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or extreme heat to prevent warping. Avoid storing them in plastic bags for extended periods.

The clogs are made from Croslite™ foam, a proprietary closed-cell resin material that provides cushioning and comfort.

Refer to the Crocs sizing chart for toddler sizes. Ensure the heel strap is properly positioned for a snug fit. If still an issue, consider exchanging for a different size.

Ensure the clogs are worn at a normal walking pace. The movement is designed to occur with natural motion. If there seems to be a defect, contact customer support.

Use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. For stubborn dirt, a soft brush can be used gently. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
