The GPC Folding Lightweight Trolley has a maximum load capacity of 250kg.
The trolley is designed with a fixed ergonomic height for stability during heavy-load transport.
It is recommended for use on solid, flat surfaces for best performance and safety.
Simply fold the handle down toward the base; the low-profile design allows it to fit under shelves or in tight vehicle spaces.
The unit is designed for quick assembly; please use standard hand tools as indicated in the included manual.
The dimensions are 608mm x 907mm x 850mm.
Check the hinges for debris or obstructions and apply a light silicone lubricant to the joints.
Check that all wheel mounting bolts are tightened and ensure the floor surface is level.
Clean the PVC non-slip base with a mild detergent and water to remove oils or dirt buildup.
Setup: The trolley is delivered with a focus on quick assembly. Ensure all provided hardware is securely tightened according to the included manual before placing any load on the unit.
Compatibility: This trolley is compatible with standard flat-floor surfaces. Avoid using on loose gravel or excessively soft terrain, as the casters are designed for solid ground.
Care: To maintain the longevity of the product, keep the wheel bearings clean of debris and dust. Periodically wipe the non-slip PVC surface with a damp cloth to maintain its grip. Inspect the folding hinges monthly to ensure no grit is obstructing the mechanism and apply lubricant if the folding action becomes stiff.
