Hot and cold therapies are a great natural pain relief, often used to treat a variety of issues, whether you're recovering from an injury, suffering from arthritis, or resting after an intense workout. This body wrap helps you relax, unwind, and ease pain. It can be heated in the microwave for warmth or chilled in the fridge for cold application and is designed to retain a therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes. Revitalising, soothing & cooling. Made from a grey soft brushed fabric on the reverse for maximum comfort. Features easy-use handles to help you secure a snug fit and get right into those sore spots. Fragranced with cedarwood essential oil. Size: 64cm x 10cm approx. Fabric Backing: 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex. Pouch: 100% PVC. Gel Filling: 69.92% Water, 25% Glycerin, 5% Polyacrylate, 0.08%. Supplied in a hanging presentation pack. Heat therapy is used to treat muscle pain and stiffness while cold therapy is used to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling. COLD USE: Place product in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least two hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Apply to desired area using the fabric side against the skin. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time. HEATED USE: Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely. Place gel pack onto a plate and place inside the microwave ensuring beads are distributed evenly. Heat in microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-700 microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800 - 1000 microwaves. Apply to desired area ensuring the fabric side is against the skin. Apply for up to 20 mins at a time.
