Yes, Rego Rapid Recovery uses soy protein, making it fully vegan-friendly.
While it can be mixed with dairy or plant-based milks, mixing with water is recommended for faster absorption and optimal recovery timing.
L-Leucine is an essential amino acid that is critical for stimulating muscle protein synthesis, helping to repair muscle damage after exercise.
It means the product has been rigorously tested by a world-class anti-doping lab to ensure it is free from banned substances.
It is recommended to consume the drink as soon as possible after exercise, ideally within the first 30 minutes, for maximum benefit.
Please check the specific label on your packaging, as ingredients can change; however, the core formulation is soy-based.
Add water to the shaker first, then the powder. Using a shaker ball can also help break up clumps more effectively.
Adjust the amount of water used during mixing. Adding slightly more water will dilute the flavor, while using less will make it more concentrated.
Preparation is straightforward: always use a clean shaker bottle to ensure the powder dissolves completely. For best results, add the water first, then the powder, and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the vitamins and minerals. Ensure the lid is sealed tightly after every use to prevent moisture from entering the tub, which could cause the powder to clump.
