Setup, Compatibility & Care
Important Note: DO NOT HIRE A PLUMBER OR FITTER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM AND HAVE CHECKED IT IS IN WORKING ORDER. This ensures you can address any potential issues before installation begins.
Setup:
- Placement: Determine the final position of the bath. Ensure the floor is level and can support the weight of the bath when filled with water.
- Plumbing: Connect the waste and overflow fittings to the bath. Professional plumbing is typically required to connect the bath's waste to your existing drainage system.
- Levelling: Adjust any feet (if applicable) to ensure the bath is perfectly level.
Compatibility:
This bath requires standard UK plumbing connections for waste and overflow. Ensure your bathroom has adequate space and the necessary drainage access for a freestanding installation.
Care:
- Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the acrylic surface.
- Wipe dry after each use to prevent water spots, especially on the black finish.
- For tougher stains, a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner can be used, followed by rinsing and drying.
