This JEDEL Wireless Optical Mouse in Black is designed for users seeking a reliable and ergonomic input device for their PC, Laptop, or Android TV Box. Its key benefit is a stable 2.4GHz wireless connection and precise 1000 DPI optical tracking for comfortable, clutter-free computing. A potential caveat is its compatibility limited to Windows 98 and later, and Android TV Box, potentially excluding some older operating systems or devices. This mouse offers essential features like 3 buttons, a scrolling wheel, and easy plug-and-play USB setup.

No, this JEDEL wireless mouse features plug-and-play functionality. You do not need to install any drivers or software; simply plug in the USB receiver.
The product description does not specify the exact range, but typical 2.4GHz wireless mice operate effectively within a range of 10 meters (approximately 33 feet), though this can be affected by environmental factors and obstructions.
The product description states compatibility with Windows 98 and later, and Android TV Box. While many USB devices are plug-and-play on macOS, full compatibility is not guaranteed without specific driver support, which is not mentioned.
Gently wipe the mouse with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the optical sensor remains clean for optimal performance.
The mouse features an optical sensor with 1000 DPI, providing precise tracking for general use.
With a 1000 DPI sensor, this mouse is suitable for casual gaming and everyday tasks. For competitive or high-performance gaming, mice with higher DPI and more advanced features might be preferred.
Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into the USB port. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port. Check that the batteries in the mouse are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Restart your computer or device.
Move the mouse closer to the USB receiver. Minimize potential interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless peripherals). Ensure the mouse's optical sensor is clean and unobstructed. Replace the batteries if they are low.
Check if there is any debris obstructing the buttons. Restart your computer or device. If the issue persists, try the mouse on a different computer to rule out a device-specific software conflict.
Clean the scrolling wheel area gently with compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure no physical obstruction is preventing its movement. Restart your computer or device.
