The Wyze Scale Ultra is designed for fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals who want a detailed, at-a-glance view of their body composition metrics. Its primary benefit is the industry-leading 4.3-inch display that eliminates the need to reach for your smartphone during every weigh-in, though users should note that initial setup requires a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection to enable full automatic syncing features.

Yes, the Wyze Scale Ultra can automatically recognize and sync data for multiple users through the Wyze app.
You can view your weight and select metrics on the screen without the app, but you need the app to see long-term trends and detailed body composition history.
The scale is water-resistant, but it should not be submerged in water or used in the shower.
The scale uses standard AAA batteries.
The device requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection to sync data properly.
Check that the batteries are installed correctly and have sufficient charge.
Ensure your Wi-Fi is active and that the scale is within range of your router.
Place the scale on a solid, level surface and ensure no debris is trapped underneath.
To begin, download the Wyze app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your scale. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz network, as this is necessary for the scale to sync to the cloud independently. For the most accurate readings, place the scale on a flat, hard surface—carpets or uneven flooring will compromise the precision of the weight sensors. To clean, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals or submerging the scale in water to protect the internal electronic components.
