What type of LED driver do I need?

You need a 24V LED driver. A 30W driver or a 30W LED SMART driver is recommended for dimming functionality.

The LED strips usually have 3M VHB self adhesive tape for easy installation. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the strip.

Can I cut the LED strip?

Is the connection lead waterproof?

No, the connection lead is IP20 rated, meaning it is not waterproof and should be kept away from moisture.

What do I do if my lights are dimming?

Check your LED driver to ensure it has sufficient power. If dimming is still an issue, check the connections between the lead, driver and LED strip.

Troubleshooting

LED strip not lighting up.

Check the connection between the LED strip and the connection lead, and also the connection between the lead and the LED driver. Ensure the driver is receiving power.
