FAQs

Can I leave the furniture out in the rain?

The aluminum frame is rust-resistant and can stay outdoors, but you must bring the cushions inside or use a waterproof rain cover to prevent water damage to the fabric.

What is the exact height range of the table?

The table can be adjusted and locked at any height between 48cm and 70cm.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

Yes, the cushion covers are removable, making them easy to clean. We recommend gentle cycle washing to preserve the fabric quality.

Is assembly difficult for one person?

While it can be done alone, the pieces are easier to assemble with two people to help align the frame components.

Does the set come with a warranty?

The manufacturer provides support for assembly, missing parts, or quality defects. Please contact their after-sales team if any issues arise.

How do I ensure the color matches my decor?

The set is dark grey, but colors may vary slightly based on monitor settings or sunlight. Please contact the seller before purchasing if you have specific requirements regarding color saturation.

Troubleshooting

Table height does not lock properly

Ensure the table is on a level surface and engage the locking mechanism fully at the desired height setting.

Glass top slides on the table surface

Verify that all suction cups are clean, dry, and properly attached to the underside of the tempered glass.

Missing hardware during assembly

Contact the manufacturer's after-sales team with your order details; they offer a 24-hour response window for support and missing parts.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Height-adjustable table provides maximum versatility for lounging or dining
  • Rust-resistant powder-coated aluminum frame ensures longevity
  • Easy-to-clean removable cushion covers
  • Includes thick padding for superior comfort
  • Flexible modular design adapts to various patio sizes

Cons

  • Cushions must be stored indoors or covered during heavy rain
  • Requires assembly upon delivery
  • Kerbside delivery only; indoor placement not provided

Setup, Compatibility & Care

The set arrives flat-packed and requires assembly, which is straightforward due to the modular design. To maintain the set, keep the frames clean by wiping them down with a damp cloth as needed. Because the fabric is not waterproof, it is essential to store the 9cm thick cushions indoors or cover them with a high-quality rain cover when the furniture is not in use. For long-term storage during winter months, we recommend using a protective rain cover over the entire set to protect the powder-coated finish from debris and moisture.
