Troubleshooting
Gazebo seems unstable
Ensure all frame poles are securely connected and tightened. Check that the gazebo is on a level surface and consider using additional anchoring if needed, especially in windy areas (anchoring materials not included).
Solar lights are not working
Verify that the solar panel is clean and has received sufficient direct sunlight during the day to charge. Ensure the lights are switched on. Check all LED connections.
Canopy is sagging or has pooling water
Ensure the canopy is properly tensioned during setup. If water pools, it indicates a need to carefully remove the water to prevent stress on the frame and canopy. Always remove water after rain if possible.
Cover is dirty or stained
Remove the polyester cover and wash it according to fabric care instructions. Typically, mild soap and water with a soft brush will suffice. Allow it to dry completely before reattaching.
