Troubleshooting
Dive sticks float instead of sinking.
The dive sticks are designed to sink. Ensure they are fully submerged in water before releasing them. If a stick consistently floats, check for any damage or defects. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
Difficulty retrieving dive sticks in low visibility.
The dive sticks feature distinct printed designs. In conditions of lower water clarity, these designs can help children visually locate the sticks. Ensure the pool area is adequately lit for optimal visibility.
Material seems stiff or less flexible.
Ensure the sticks are not exposed to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, which can affect material flexibility. Allow them to return to room temperature. If stiffness persists after normal use and storage, contact the manufacturer.
