Troubleshooting

TSA lock is difficult to open or reset.

Ensure the correct combination is entered. If resetting, double-check that the reset button is fully engaged before setting the new code.

Spinner wheels are sticking or not rolling smoothly.

Check the wheels for any tangled threads, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels with a damp cloth and ensure they can rotate freely. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Zipper is stuck.

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or wax to the teeth of the zipper. Avoid forcing the zipper.

Scratches on the hard-shell exterior.

Minor scratches are normal wear and tear on polypropylene luggage. For cosmetic touch-ups, specialized plastic repair kits or car scratch removers might be used cautiously, but will not affect structural integrity.
