Troubleshooting
Printer not recognizing cartridge
Ensure the cartridge is fully seated. Re-open and close the printer cover. Check for any debris obstructing the cartridge contacts.
Labels not printing correctly (e.g., smudged, cut off)
Check the printer settings for the correct label size. Ensure the label roll is feeding smoothly within the cartridge. Clean the printer's print head according to the Leitz Icon manual.
Difficulty peeling labels
Ensure you are peeling from the designated starting point. If issues persist, the label material itself might be compromised; try a new cartridge.
Jamming or wasted labels
Verify that the correct cartridge type is installed for the Leitz Icon. Ensure no foreign objects are inside the printer or cartridge area. Use only genuine Leitz cartridges for optimal performance.
