This industrial-style bookshelf by MHSTAR is an ideal choice for homeowners and renters seeking to organize their living spaces with a blend of rustic aesthetic and modern utility. The unit provides significant storage versatility through a combination of open shelving, a closed cabinet, and two drawers, making it perfect for books, media, or decor. While it offers excellent functionality, users should note that it requires assembly and has a moderate total weight capacity, necessitating a balanced distribution of heavy items across its structure.

The total weight capacity is 30 kg, with each individual shelf supporting up to 5 kg and each drawer supporting up to 2 kg.
While the design is stable, it is always recommended to use anti-tip furniture straps if you have small children or pets.
The bookshelf is made of particleboard, which can swell if exposed to excessive humidity. It is best used in dry living areas.
The unit includes the necessary hardware; you will typically only need a standard screwdriver to complete the assembly.
No, the shelves are fixed in their positions as part of the structural frame design.
Check that all screws are fully tightened and ensure the floor surface is level. If necessary, use furniture shims under the frame legs.
Verify that the drawer runners are aligned correctly according to the manual and that there is no debris stuck in the track.
Assembly is straightforward and follows a logical sequence provided in the included manual. Ensure you have a clear floor area to organize all steel frame parts and panels before beginning. For maintenance, keep the wood-effect particleboard clean by wiping it down with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to avoid moisture buildup. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may damage the finish. Because of the steel construction, check the hardware screws periodically every few months to ensure they remain tightened after initial use.
