Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure peak performance, always insert the shank into the router collet up to the marked K-Mark to ensure secure clamping and reduced vibration. Before powering on your router, verify that the guide pin is clear of the workpiece surface to prevent burning. When working, maintain a steady feed rate to prevent heat buildup on the carbide tips. For care, keep the cutter free of resin and wood debris by using a specialized router bit cleaner. Store the bit in its original packaging or a protective block to prevent the sharp carbide edges from chipping against other tools.
