Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is a dual-fuel range cooker, requiring both a gas supply connection (natural gas or LPG) and an electrical connection. Installation should be performed by a qualified professional to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations. Ensure the cooker is placed on a level surface, and adjust the feet if necessary. The hob burners require a 220/240V AC electrical supply.
Compatibility: The hob operates on gas, while the oven is electric. Ensure your kitchen has adequate ventilation, especially when using the gas hob extensively.
Care:
- Hob: Clean the stainless steel top surface and brass burners after each use. Trivets can be removed for easier cleaning. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Oven: The interior light can be turned on for better visibility. The oven door glass is triple-glazed and can be removed for thorough cleaning, as can the oven shelves. The removable shelves and door glass facilitate deep cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe down the black finish and stainless steel accents with a soft, damp cloth.
