Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the jack, connect a standard air supply line to the motor input, ensuring the connection is secure and leak-free. Before use, ensure the air source is clean; while the unit includes integrated filters, high-moisture air can impact internal longevity.
Care Instructions:
- Periodic Inspection: Check the ram and pistons for signs of grit, rust, or damage.
- Lubrication: Keep external moving parts lightly oiled to prevent corrosion.
- Air Filters: Inspect the integrated filters regularly and clean them if you notice reduced lifting speed or motor sluggishness.
- Storage: Store the jack in an upright position in a dry environment when not in use to prevent air pockets from forming in the hydraulic system.
