iTrend Step Folding Ladder - White

The ladder is rated for a maximum weight capacity of 150kg.

Yes, the ladder arrives fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box.

It is primarily designed for indoor use. While it can be used on stable, dry outdoor surfaces, avoid using it on mud, gravel, or soft ground.

The iTrend Step Folding Ladder conforms to the EN14183:2003 safety standard.

It folds to a slim profile, specifically designed to fit into narrow gaps like those between furniture and walls or inside standard cupboards.

While the feet are durable, if they show signs of significant wear, they should be inspected. Please contact customer support if you require replacements.

Ensure all four legs are fully extended and the hinge locking mechanism is locked into the 'open' position.

Clear any debris or dust from the pivot points and apply a light silicone-based lubricant to the hinges if necessary.

Check that the rubber covers are pushed fully onto the metal feet; if they have come off, replace them firmly to ensure safety.
