Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your dividers, first determine your filing hierarchy to ensure you use the 12 tabs effectively. Write your labels clearly on the blank tabs using a permanent marker or an adhesive label maker for a cleaner look. Because the dividers use a universal multi-punch design, simply line up the binder rings with the corresponding holes and snap the sheet into place. To maintain the longevity of the dividers, avoid overstuffing your binder, as excess paper pressure can cause the tab edges to bend or crush over time. Keep the binder in a dry, cool environment to prevent the manilla paper from absorbing moisture and warping.
