The Go Secure Surf Kraft Paper Mailers are an ideal shipping solution for eco-conscious businesses and individuals looking to replace plastic bubble mailers with a robust, sustainable alternative. By utilizing a unique honeycomb paper structure, these mailers offer significant cushioning and tear resistance for small goods, though they are specifically sized at 180mm x 265mm, which may limit their utility for larger or bulkier items.

No, these are made entirely of paper and do not provide a barrier against water or heavy moisture.
Because they are constructed entirely from paper, they can be placed directly into standard curbside paper recycling bins.
The structure is designed to retain its cushioning properties during standard transit, though it may compress if subjected to extreme weight.
Yes, they are suitable for international use, provided the weight and dimensions meet the specific requirements of your chosen courier.
While the honeycomb provides good shock absorption, it is not recommended for highly fragile items like glass; consider additional protective wrapping for such items.
Ensure the item thickness does not exceed the envelope's internal depth capacity. If the item is too thick, choose a larger mailer size.
Ensure the kraft paper surface is clean and dry; if the envelope is dusty, wipe it lightly before applying tape.
To prepare the mailers for shipment, ensure your item is centered within the envelope to allow the honeycomb structure to provide optimal protection. Since these mailers do not come with integrated adhesive strips, apply high-quality packing tape across the entire folded seam to maintain structural integrity. Store the 200-pack in a dry, climate-controlled environment; as with all paper products, excessive humidity can weaken the fibers over time. When shipping, use standard shipping labels or directly apply clear address labels to the kraft exterior for the best adhesion results.
