Troubleshooting
Chair wobbles after assembly
Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the base is on a level surface. If the wobble persists, contact customer support.
Height adjustment is stiff or not working
Check the gas lift mechanism for obstructions. Ensure the chair is not overloaded when attempting to adjust. Release weight from the seat before adjusting. If issues continue, the mechanism might need service.
Seat is cloudy or scratched
Avoid using abrasive cleaning products. Try polishing with a plastic polish designed for acrylics. For deep scratches, professional repair might be an option, or seat replacement may be considered.
Swivel function is noisy
Check for any debris caught in the swivel mechanism. You can try applying a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the swivel components, following manufacturer guidelines.
