FAQs
Is this product machine washable?
No, we recommend spot cleaning only to preserve the integrity of the plush material and the metal clip.
What is the size of the Vivi Rainbow clip-on?
The plush measures approximately 10cm, making it compact enough for handheld use or accessory decoration.
Can this be used as a toy for infants?
This is intended for collectors and general use; please monitor children under 3 years old due to potential small parts like the metal clip.
Does the clip come off?
The clip is permanently attached to the plush to ensure it stays securely on your belongings.
Is the material hypoallergenic?
The product is made from standard high-quality plush fabric, but those with specific textile sensitivities should handle it with care.
Troubleshooting
The clip spring feels stiff or stuck
Ensure no fabric or debris is caught in the hinge; a small drop of sewing machine oil may help lubricate the mechanism if needed.
The plush surface is accumulating lint
Gently use a soft-bristled garment brush or a lint roller to remove surface debris without damaging the fibers.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Compact and lightweight for easy portability
- High-quality stitching and durable material
- Universal clip works with most bags and keyrings
- Cheerfully designed aesthetic adds personality to accessories
Cons
- Surface material may attract dust over time
- Clip attachment may be difficult for very small children to operate independently
- Not machine washable due to the attached metal clip
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To attach your Vivi Rainbow, simply depress the spring-loaded clasp on the clip and loop it through the desired attachment point on your bag or keyring.
Regarding care, the plush is not designed for machine washing, as the agitation can damage the soft exterior and the mechanical clip. If the item becomes soiled, gently spot-clean the fabric using a mild detergent and a damp, lint-free cloth. Allow the plush to air dry completely in a ventilated area, ensuring the metal clip is wiped dry to prevent any potential oxidation.
