FAQs
Is the Nattou Maxi DouDou safe for newborns?
Yes, it is crafted with soft, baby-friendly materials, but as with all plush items, ensure it is supervised during early infant play.
Can I tumble dry the comforter?
It is best to air dry the product to preserve the texture of the fabric, but if necessary, use a very low heat setting.
Does it fit all pacifier brands?
It is designed to be compatible with most standard pacifiers that feature a ring or handle for attachment.
Is the material hypoallergenic?
The product is made from high-quality, PETA-approved vegan materials designed to be gentle, though individual sensitivity can vary.
How often should I wash the DouDou?
Depending on usage, washing it weekly or whenever it becomes visibly soiled is recommended to maintain hygiene.
What happens if the loop breaks?
If the attachment loop shows signs of wear, discontinue use of the loop feature and contact support or replace the item for safety.
Troubleshooting
Soother attachment loop feels loose
Ensure the pacifier is correctly looped through the base of the attachment; if it continues to slip, check that the pacifier has a standard ring or handle.
Fabric appears flattened after many washes
Allow the toy to air dry rather than using a high-heat dryer setting, which can help maintain the original plush texture.
Stains on the fabric
Spot clean with a mild soap and water before machine washing at 30°C to ensure the stain is fully removed.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To begin using the Nattou Maxi DouDou, simply thread your baby's pacifier handle through the designated soother loop and secure it in place. The comforter is compatible with the vast majority of standard pacifiers that feature a handle or ring. For care, it is recommended to wash the item at 30°C in a gentle cycle. Always ensure the toy is completely dry before returning it to your child to prevent dampness. Avoid using harsh chemical detergents or bleach, as these may damage the soft fabric fibers and irritate your baby's skin.
