Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. When preparing to bake, ensure the pan is placed on a flat oven rack to allow for even heat distribution.
To prolong the life of your pan, strictly follow these care guidelines:
- Utensils: Only use silicone, nylon, or wooden tools. Avoid knives or metal whisks.
- Cleaning: Hand wash only using a soft sponge. Never use abrasive scouring pads or steel wool.
- Storage: Store in a dry place, preferably with a soft liner if stacking with other pans to prevent scratching the gold coating.
