Troubleshooting
Puzzle pieces do not fit together easily.
Ensure you are using the correct pieces for the specific dinosaur puzzle and base. Check that the pieces are oriented correctly. Wood can expand slightly in humidity, so allow it to acclimate to room temperature if stored in a very damp or dry environment.
Child is frustrated with a puzzle.
Start with the simpler puzzles (2 or 3 pieces) and offer gentle guidance. Break down the task by focusing on one piece at a time. Revisit the puzzle later if frustration persists.
Pieces feel rough or have splinters.
Inspect the wooden pieces carefully. If any roughness is found, gently sand the area with very fine-grit sandpaper. Contact customer service if significant defects are present.
