To prolong the life of the insulation and the leak-proof seals, we recommend hand-washing the bottle with mild soap.
This model is designed for cold beverages and is not recommended for boiling or extremely hot liquids.
Yes, all materials used in the Smash 360 Edge are BPA-free and food-safe.
Tighten the lid until it feels snug, but avoid overtightening as this can damage the internal gasket.
The bottle is designed to fit the majority of standard-sized vehicle cup holders.
Check the 360-degree silicone seal for any debris or buildup. Ensure the lid is not screwed on too tightly, which can compress the seal.
Inspect the lid gasket to ensure it is seated properly in its groove. Ensure the bottle is not overfilled above the recommended line.
Before initial use, wash the bottle and the lid assembly with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. The bottle is designed to fit standard car and treadmill cup holders, making it highly portable. To maintain the integrity of the double-wall vacuum insulation and the lid seals, hand-washing is strongly recommended. Avoid using harsh abrasive scrubbers on the exterior finish to keep it looking new. Ensure the lid is threaded straight when closing to prevent cross-threading, which could compromise the leak-proof seal.
